Funded by the United Way of Kitchener-Waterloo and Area, the Learner Resource Centre (LRC) includes a library and computer lab, providing hands-on, reference, and informational materials.
Library
A library provides research tools to assist participants to develop a professional resume, learn about the skills required for specific types of employment, and assist them to develop and grow in the context of Canadian culture, etc. It also holds a collection of reference materials and multilingual dictionaries. Other resources include English-as-a-Second-Language books and videos for job search, job skills and life skills.
Computer Lab
The computer lab is equipped with computers with high-speed internet which offer Typing Tutor and Simply Accounting, in addition to basic computer programs.
