Focus on Leadership

This is a program designed to provide training for racialized women interested in becoming leaders of tomorrow. Our training will focus on how to become a board member and increase networking abilities to gain access to employment opportunities. Focusing on team working, problem-solving, and decision-making will be provided. As board members, they will be able to apply these skills to bring about change in the community.
